We are more than just a contract manufacturer; we are your comprehensive technology partner. The quality of your product is our core concern. Elecrow operates on a mature system, including our ISO 9001 certified procedures and a variety of testing methods, to ensure your product is manufactured to the highest quality standards.
A Solid Manufacturing Foundation: Certified Systems & Smart Factory
Excellence is built on a solid foundation. Elecrow's 3,700+ square meter facility operates under strict temperature- and humidity-controlled, anti-static cleanroom standards. Our professionalism is validated by top international authorities, holding certifications including ISO 9001 (Quality Management), IATF 16949 (Automotive), ISO 13485 (Medical Devices), and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management). We have fully integrated ERP and MES digital systems, ensuring full traceability from raw materials to finished goods.
A Multi-Layered Testing Method: Your Guarantee of Quality
Functional testing is a critical tool for lowering product defect rates. Due to the complexity of production, it's impossible for any process to be entirely free of defects, especially for prototypes and small batches. However, we can detect and prevent these defects from reaching you through robust functional testing, which is why we strongly recommend it for your project. Through this testing, we can verify if the product's function and reliability meet expectations and identify potential issues at the production stage.

Flying Probe Testing
This focus on testing can greatly improve the quality of the products you receive, saving you the time and financial losses caused by quality issues. To make this accessible, we offer complimentary functional testing for orders over $2000 (where testing time is under 1 minute per unit). With this service, you receive 100% QC-passed products, ready for integration.

Functional Testing
Our testing strategy is a multi-layered firewall, starting with automated inspection on the production line:
- 3D-SPI (Solder Paste Inspection): After solder paste application, this system scans its topography, analyzing volume, area, and height to prevent solder-related defects at the source.
- High-Precision AOI (Automated Optical Inspection): After reflow soldering, AOI compares high-resolution images of the board against a master standard to rapidly identify missing/incorrect components, shifts, or polarity reversals.
- X-ray Non-Destructive Inspection: For complex packages like BGA and QFN, our industrial-grade X-ray equipment peers through components to inspect hidden solder joints, checking for voids and shorts—the ultimate guarantee for complex electronics.

X-Ray Inspection
- ICT (In-Circuit Testing): For high-value, multi-component, or stable, re-ordered projects, ICT is highly effective. Using a special test probe, it injects signals into the circuit board to detect the electrical connection and performance among components, ensuring their fundamental integrity.

Process in Action: Testing a High-Precision LoRa Module
For one-stop hardware manufacturing services, a comprehensive test plan is the final and most critical quality checkpoint. Here’s a tangible look at our QC process for a LoRa wireless communication module:
- Preparation & Panelization: The engineer retrieves the complete testing protocol. To improve assembly and testing efficiency, we panelize your boards by default (unless you specify otherwise), and the stencil will match the panelized PCB.
- Core Functionality Testing: The board is flashed with a dedicated test firmware and secured on a custom test jig. A signal generator simulates communication signals, a multimeter monitors critical voltages and currents, and a spectrum analyzer meticulously examines RF performance (like transmission power and reception sensitivity) to ensure it perfectly meets design specifications.
- Comprehensive Full-Unit Testing: The approved core circuit board is assembled into its enclosure. Engineers then flash a full-unit test firmware and conduct stress tests simulating end-user scenarios to ensure all hardware and software components work together flawlessly.
- Final Firmware and Shipping: After passing all tests, the final shipping firmware is flashed if required by the client. This ensures the product is ready to use out-of-the-box. This rigorous process is the standard for every product we handle. What we deliver is not just hardware, but a promise of reliability, thoroughly earned.
