From this date onwards, this Privacy Policy can provide privacy details on how we manage your personal information for Growcube products and services. Your privacy is extremely important to us. This Privacy Policy was formulated to fully take your needs into account. It is important that you fully understand our personal information collection and usage practices and ensure that you are ultimately able to exercise control over the personal information you provide to us. This Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use, disclose, process, and store any information that you provide to us when you use our growcube app. As used in this Privacy Policy, “personal information” means information that can be used to identify an individual, either from that information alone or in conjunction with other related information. We will only use this information in strict accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. What Information We Collect

    a) Circumstances which require you to authorize us to collect and use your Location information

Location information is collected in order to

        I: provide you to securely connect to and manage Growcube series devices.

        II: provide you with various functionality including pairing with and connecting to smart devices, discovering nearby devices, and device management.

    b) Wi-Fi information (SSID, BSSID, MAC address of Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi password), MAC address of the device, and device ID.

Growcube connected via Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi information (SSID, BSSID, MAC address of Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi password), MAC address of the device, and MAC address of Bluetooth on the device.

        I: Used to identify unique devices and facilitate the simultaneous management of multiple devices

        II: Used to identify whether the device supports wifi in this frequency band.

2. Your Rights

    a) Settings control

We recognize that privacy concerns differ from person to person. Therefore, we provide examples of ways Growcube makes available for you to choose to restrict the collection, use, disclosure, or processing of your personal information and control your privacy settings: Enable or disable location access, camera, and read/write access permissions on your phone;

3.Use of information

    a) GrowCube will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party unless you have obtained your prior permission, or the third party and The GrowCube (including the GrowGrow Affiliate) will provide you with services alone or jointly, and will be prohibited from accessing all such information, including those previously accessible to them, after the end of the service.

    b) GrowCube also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or distribute your personal information by any means. If any GrowCube platform user engages in such activities, GrowCube reserves the right to terminate the service agreement with that user immediately upon discovery.

    c) For the purposes of the Service Users, GrowCube may use your personal information to provide you with information of interest to you, including but not limited to sending you product and service information, or sharing information with GrowCube partners so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).

4.Information disclosure

GrowCube will disclose all or part of your personal information in whole or in part in accordance with your personal wishes or legal provisions, as follows:

    a) disclose to a third party with your prior consent;

    b) to provide the products and services you request and to share your personal information with third parties;

    c) Disclosure to third parties or administrative and judicial bodies in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law, or at the request of the administrative or judicial bodies;

    d) if you violate the relevant laws, regulations or the GrowCube Service Agreement or related rules, you need to disclose to a third party;

    e) If you are a suitable IP complainant and have filed a complaint, disclose it to the respondent at the request of the complainant so that both parties can handle a possible rights dispute;

    f) Other GrowCube disclosures as deemed appropriate in accordance with laws, regulations or website policies.

5.Information storage and exchange

Information and materials collected by GrowCube will be stored on the servers of GrowCube and/or its affiliates, and may be transmitted outside your country, region or where GrowCube collects and materials and is accessed, stored and displayed abroad.

6.Use of cookies

    a) GrowCube sets or uses cookies on your computer if you do not refuse to accept them so that you can log in or use the GrowCube platform services or features that rely on cookies. GrowCube uses cookies to provide you with a more thoughtful and personalized service, including promotional services.

    b) You have the right to choose to accept or refuse to accept cookies. You can refuse to accept cookies by modifying your browser settings. However, if you choose not to accept cookies, you may not be able to log in or use the GrowCube web services or features that rely on cookies.

    c) This policy will apply to information obtained through cookies set up by GrowCube.
