Will my HMI actually work?
Yes. The agreed touchscreen interface and interactions will work on the selected Elecrow panel. Where information would normally come from your equipment or other systems, the interface will use simulated data.
Do I need to provide a UI design?
No. We'll design the interface from your requirements. If you have branding guidelines, logos, or other assets you want us to use, please share them at the start.
Is the display included in the package?
No. The price covers HMI software development. You'll receive the firmware, source code, graphics, and instructions to install the HMI on a compatible Elecrow panel you purchase separately.
Can I request changes during development?
Yes. We'll review progress together and make reasonable adjustments within the agreed scope.
Can you integrate the HMI with my equipment later?
Yes. We can develop integrations with equipment, sensors, databases, APIs, and other systems as a separate project. You can also extend the HMI yourself. We'll fix defects in the delivered HMI at no additional cost.
