eBUS Adapter Shield v5

eBUS Adapter Shield v5 provides an interface to a 2-wire eBUS with galvanic isolation and thus enables communication with an eBUS enabled heating, ventilation or solar system.

It is the continuation of previous designs with a significantly smaller footprint (37x26mm), pluggable eBUS connection, on-board WIFI by using an ESP32-C3, support for different Ethernet modules, and many more features.

This interface was born to life early 2023 after several rounds of prototyping and is already in use by many people. Since then, multiple design optimizations were performed including an eFuse for over voltage+current protection.
