This build integrates an RTL-SDR v3 (RTL2832U+R820T2) covering 500 kHz - 1.766 GHz, paired with a 100 kHz - 2 GHz, 30 dB LNA powered by an internal 5 V → 1.2 - 24 V DC converter.
A second RTL-SDR DAB/DVB receiver (RTL2832U+FC0012) covering 45 - 930 MHz, feeds into the USB 3.0 hub that forms the system’s primary data bus.
A M8N-type GPS USB module supplies GNSS reception on L1 band (1.559 - 1.610 GHz) along with a PPS output for precision timing.
The build also incorporates an EvilCrow RF v2, using a Wi-Fi enabled ESP32-PICO-D4. The microcontroller drives two CC1101 transceivers on 300 - 348 MHz, 387 - 464 MHz, and 779 - 928 MHz, as well as a NRF24L01+PA+LNA (GT24) module for 2.400 - 2.525 GHz operation.
External antennas are connected through BNC, SMA, and RP-SMA ports grouped on one side of the device. The ruggedized design and weather-sealed connectors ensure reliable radio reconnaissance in the field.
