The Vision-Guided Sorting Platform is a functional small-scale prototype designed to demonstrate the principles of industrial automation through a "Proof of Concept" (PoC) model. This project integrates embedded graphics, computer vision, and motion control into a synchronized system, using a custom-built structure to prove the efficiency of the control logic.
Controlled through a 7-inch CrowPanel HMI, the platform simulates an automated sorting line. The system is programmed to identify and categorize three distinct geometric shapes: Squares, Triangles, and Circles, showcasing how sophisticated software integration can drive mechanical execution even in a rapid-prototyping environment.
