The Pazhou Complex is the world’s largest exhibition centre, with multiple halls divided into specialised sections. Phase 1 will occupy most of the key halls due to its broad product categories and high buyer turnout.

  • Prepare Early: Secure your invitation letter, apply for your visa, and book your hotel at least two months in advance.
  • Plan Your Route: The Pazhou Complex is huge. Study the hall layout and prioritize your must-visit sections, including ours at 6.0F11.
  • Arrive Early: Phase 1 attracts the largest crowds, so it’s best to arrive when the gates open.
  • Use Public Transport or Taxi: The Guangzhou Metro (Line 8 and Line 4) offers direct access to the exhibition center, helping you avoid traffic. Taxis are also a convenient option; be sure to have the venue's address ready in Chinese for the driver: 中国进出口商品交易会展馆 (琶洲展馆).
  • Check the Weather: Guangzhou's weather in October is typically warm and can be unpredictable. Check the forecast before you travel and consider packing a light jacket or an umbrella just in case.
