This is the solution I needed for my laptop - a second screen necessary for the tasks I do on a daily basis. It's boosting my productivity. When I ordered the item, I accidentally indicated US plug instead EU plug; the Elecrow staff has kindly fixed the problem and included an EU plug. Thank you so much Elecrow!
