We recently received our double order, and everything arrived in perfect condition. During the quotation phase, Elecrow showed great flexibility by consolidating two shipments into one, which helped reduce logistics costs — an ideal solution for small-volume orders. The team was also very cooperative and supportive in resolving a technical issue caused by our own mistake when selecting one of the PCB components. However, this understandably extended the overall lead time. In general, delivery times could be a bit faster (it took about 1.5 months to receive the order), likely due to the sourcing time for some components. That said, the quality of the supplied products is very good, and Cristina’s follow-up, responsiveness, and proactive communication have been excellent. Congratulations on the great service!
