This is a USB-UART converter designed for Victron devices with the VE.Direct interface.

It features a USB Type-C connector and one VE.Direct port, ensuring broad compatibility with any device running Venus OS with a USB interface. Additionally, it supports integration with Raspberry Pi, Windows, Linux, and other platforms.

Common Issue and questions:

• Why power LED is ON but no communication? This is a very common issue and most of the time you are using a USB cable that has only the power wire and no data wires. Please change the USB cable
• Is it compatible with Victron Cerbo ? Yes it is compatible
• There is some random disconnection - Probably the SD card is almost broken, try to replace it - You are using a bad or too long USB cable, try to change it.
