This is a breakout board with analog MEMS microphone with variable amp, SPU0410LR5H from Knowles.

The pin spacing is 2.54mm. It is possible to catch the sound from audible to ultrasonic wave (100Hz to 80kHz) with high sensitivity. It can be used for ultrasonic sensors and ultrasonic communication.

This breakout board has an amplifier circuit, it can be directly connected to the analog input of a microcomputer such as Arduino. The gain can be changed from about 1x to about 50x with variable resistor.

    Power: 1.8~3.6V, Analog Output.
