The Raspberry Pi 500+ is an all-in-one personal computer built into a compact keyboard, now updated with a high-quality mechanical keyboard featuring individually addressable RGB backlighting and replaceable key switches. Compared to the original Raspberry Pi 500, this version doubles the memory capacity to 16GB of LPDDR4X-4267 SDRAM. It includes a pre-loaded 256GB SSD, providing faster system responsiveness and expanded storage for applications, development, and desktop workloads.

Powered by a 2.4GHz quad-core 64-bit Arm Cortex-A76 processor with VideoCore VII graphics, the Raspberry Pi 500+ supports dual micro-HDMI outputs, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11ac Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 5.0. I/O includes two USB 3.0 ports, one USB 2.0 port, a 40-pin GPIO header for hardware expansion, and a microSD slot with SDR104 and command-queuing support. The system is designed for 5V/5A operation via a USB-C power supply, and includes a power button integrated into the keyboard chassis. The mechanical keyboard combines desktop usability with the flexibility of the Raspberry Pi ecosystem.

Raspberry Pi 500+ comes equipped with Gateron KS-33 Blue low-profile switches, which have long travel times and quick actuation for a comfortable and smooth typing experience. Want a more custom look? A keycap puller is included so that you can change the default keys.

Raspberry Pi 500+ is fitted with a 256GB Raspberry Pi SSD for super-fast boot times and quick, reliable data transfer. Using the included tool to open the case, you can swap the SSD to increase storage capacity.
