A simple no-frills 36-key PCB which uses the CH32X MCU.
The keyboard uses rgoulter's smart-keymap firmware, which uses the sophisticated and modern Nickel configuration language to declare keyboard and keymap definitions.
The CH32X MCU uses RISC-V, and supports writing firmware with Rust.
Design goals:
PCBA, using the powerful RISC-V CH32X0 MCU.
Low Budget.
A "show the components", "just a keyboard" and "only a PCB with SMD components" design.
The CH32X-36 can be used without plates or a case. Just adding bumpons beneath the PCB is enough.
