It actually runs a 1985 operating system, including Solitaire, Hearts, Missile game, Mouse game, and Lode Runner.
The most miniature Macintosh retro computer! It can connects to keyboard and mouse. I recreated a Macintosh retro mini-computer project called “pico-mac-nano.” It has a 2-inch screen, fits in the palm of your hand—pendant-sized. With a keyboard and mouse connected, it can truly run the 1984 operating system, including Solitaire, Missile Command–style game, Mouse game, Lode Runner, Paint, Reversi (Othello), Write, MS Basic 1.0, and MS Word 1.0. The ultra-mini 2-inch screen is so small you may need a magnifying glass if your eyesight isn’t great. The project references work by an overseas creator. The shipment includes the case, a fully assembled unit, and a USB expansion adapter for power and mouse (you’ll need to prepare your own USB hub to use both keyboard and mouse).
The shipment includes the case and a fully assembled unit for easy power and mouse connection. The 2-inch screen fits in your palm. A 3D-printed shell is included. The 2-inch color display shows black-and-white content only. The panel is 640×480, but it uses only the 480×342 monochrome region. The main controller uses a Raspberry Pi RP2040/RP2350, which can be overclocked to double the core frequency with good stability. Without a card inserted it defaults to internal storage; with a TF card you can load any system image file, including compatibility with software images in the hundreds of megabytes.
“It features a classic black-and-white display that transports you back to an era full of technological exploration. Although it looks tiny, it connects to a keyboard and mouse and supports everyday basic tasks perfectly, including gaming and using early-era software.”
“This is more than just a retro computer—it embodies a chapter of computing history. Through this little machine, you can relive the era of classic monochrome screens and feel the unique charm of early computers.”
“It’s compact and portable, and it makes a unique desktop ornament—wherever you place it, it becomes a focal point.”
