Story

This project will control and monitoring your gate.

It reports if is traveling for closing or opening.

If already reach the full close position ( just in case something gets in the away and avoid full close )

Possibility to Open or Close from HA

Powered from mains (240Vac)

Inputs :

  • 2 wires from main Motor (+ - )
  • IR sensor placed on the exact end of traveling gate
  • Optional IR sensor on the passing barrier
  • DHT22 or similar to track motor's temperature

Output

  • dry contact to connect parallel with wall swtch (open/close)
