  • This small PCB lets you replace a single silicon “block” Graetz bridge rectifier with four external Schottky diodes. The goal is a cleaner power supply with less high-frequency (HF) rectifier switching noise. I used it in my JLH / Hood 1969 power amplifier working in class A (high current) with good result for better sound.

  • The capacitance multiplier reduces noise and transformer ripple in audiophile power amplifiers based on a classic ± power supply for the output stage. It was designed for a Musical Fidelity A1 amplifier (and compatible clones available on AliExpress) to eliminate power supply hum and achieve clean power delivery to the power output stage. It is capable of operating with high quiescent current in Class A power amplifiers.
