Story

The original RAM Disks are quite complicated and used a propriatary Gate Array chip and dynamic RAM. With the integrated auto address increment functionality implemented in a GAL, it is now easy to make a replica with easy to find parts. Github:120 kByte RAM Disk for the Epson PX-4 and PX-8 | Hackaday.io.
