Story
The project is an electronic circuit for charging batteries.
This is a complete PCB project for charging batteries, including a professional printed circuit board (PCB) design with all the files needed for manufacturing and assembly. The circuit is designed to charge batteries efficiently and safely, and is suitable for use in mobile systems, DIY projects and studying electronics.
The package includes everything you need to manufacture and assemble it:
• Electrical schematic (PDF, PNG, SVG, JSON) – shows the connection of the components.
• PCB Layout – the printed circuit board drawing, including a 3D file (OBJ/DXF).
• Gerber Files + Pick & Place – standard files for manufacturing the board in the factory.
• BOM (Bill of Materials) – the list of components needed to assemble the circuit.
• Altium compatibility files (PCBdoc, Schdoc) – allow you to work on it in Altium as well.
1. Schematic – Electrical schematic
• Schematic_charging-batteries_2025-09-06.pdf / .png / .svg – Circuit diagram in various formats (document, image, vector).
• SCH_charging-batteries_2025-09-06.json – Source file from the software (EasyEDA), editable.
This folder contains the electrical schematic of the project – how all the components are connected.
2. Layout (Schematic) – PCB layout
• PCB_PCB_charging-batteries_2025-09-06.pdf / .png / .svg – Presentation of the PCB itself (printed circuit board) in various formats.
• PCB_PCB_charging-batteries_2025-09-06.json – Source file of the layout from the software.
This folder contains the printed circuit board design – how the components are laid out and how the conductors are connected.
3. Gerber files – manufacturing files
• Gerber_charging-batteries_PCB_charging-batteries_2025-09-06.zip – a ZIP file that contains all the Gerber files (the standard format for PCB factories).
• BOM_charging-batteries_2025-09-06.csv – a list of components (Bill of Materials).
• PickAndPlace_PCB_charging-batteries_2025-09-06.csv – a file for automatic assembly machines that shows where each component is placed on the board.
This is the most important folder for manufacturing – with it you can order the circuit from any other PCB factory.
4. CAD files - 3D and CAD files
• OBJ_PCB_charging-batteries_2025-09-06.zip – 3D model of the PCB in OBJ format.
• PCB_charging-batteries_2025-09-06.dxf – CAD file in DXF format suitable for engineering drawing programs.
This folder is intended for 3D viewing or use in CAD programs.
5. EasyEDA to Altium (files for Altium Designer)
• Sheet_1_2025-09-06.schdoc – Schematic file compatible with Altium software.
• PCB_charging-batteries_2025-09-06.pcbdoc – PCB file compatible with Altium software.
Allows those working with Altium Designer to open, edit and continue work on the project.
