Project Title: "Invisible Connections: Inclusion Beyond the Surface"
Conceptual Description
This project repurposes Electronic Circuit Board (PCB) design as a metaphor for the human mind and society. Just as a circuit requires varied pathways and specific components to function, innovation at Electrolux thrives through the diversity of thought and people.
Key Elements:
-
"Diverse does not mean wrong": This side features a global network of hands encircling the Earth. The circuit traces connect individual components to a central display, symbolizing how collaboration between "different" elements produces a visible, functional outcome.
-
"There is more than what you see": The reverse side depicts the silhouette of a person in a reflective or isolated stance. It serves as a powerful reminder of neurodiversity and invisible disabilities. Beneath the surface (the green solder mask), the vital connections that power the system continue to flow.
-
The Technical Metaphor: Choosing a PCB is intentional for an industrial environment like Electrolux. It demonstrates that inclusion is not just an ethical value but a "structural" necessity for a modern company to operate effectively.
