ESP32 Watch Display 2.01 IDF 15 Lesson Course Guide
Product: CrowPanel 2.01-inch HMI ESP32 Watch Display with a 240 × 296 IPS touchscreen
Lessons: 15
Development Platform: ESP-IDF v5.5.4 + ESP32-S3
Learning Path: Environment Setup → Hardware Interaction → Wireless Communication → Sensors and Audio → Power Management
1. Course Overview¶
This course is designed for the CrowPanel 2.01-inch HMI ESP32 Watch Display and uses native ESP-IDF APIs throughout. The lessons progress from development-environment setup to GPIO input, graphics and touch, wireless communication, onboard sensors, audio, and low-power operation.
The course begins by validating the ESP-IDF v5.5.4 toolchain and ESP32-S3 memory configuration. Later lessons cover the BOOT button, GC9309 display, AXS5106L touch controller, LVGL 9.1, rotary encoder, PCF8563 RTC, Wi-Fi, BLE, SC7A20HTR accelerometer, vibration motor, battery monitoring, I2S speaker, PDM microphone, audio recording, and Light Sleep.
